Job Description
- Making bank reconciliations for all bank account operations
- Following up on checks collection of different bank account statements
- Settlement and control of both the accounts payable notes and the notes receivable (Qoyod)
- Follow-up of clients debts and follow-up on the descent of due checks - (collection)
- Review customer account restrictions
- Make payment orders to suppliers and verify checks and exchange restrictions
- Deliver weekly and monthly cash flow reporting accurately and on time for review
- Responsible for the accurate and timely settlement of group external payments
- Execute investment trades as required
- Support the Financial Risk Manager in refinancing and group rate hedging activity
- Support Finance planning and budgeting cycles
- Support external audit
- Manage operational issues and updates with banks
- Manage currency return process
