Job Requirements
- Males are Required
- Pharmacist is a must
- Very Good Command of English
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in a Pharmacy/ Call Center/ Customer services environment, TPA, Hospitals or Medical Centers exposure a plus
- Flexible and ability to work in Rotational Shifts (including night shift and overnight shift)
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong organizing and planning skills to work independently with efficiency and accuracy
- A proven track record of customer service success
- Decisive, good decision-making skills, able to escalate response to situations when relevant
