Job Description
- Manage and follwo up maintenance and operation activity for electrical systems (MV,LV, Generators, UPSs, ATS, Panels, Risers,...)
- Coordinate daily operations with different internal and external stakeholders ( Authorities / construction team/ suppliers/ procuremnt/ ..
- Manage the service providers for effective output within agreed SLA and apply KPI.
- Daily contact with customers for raised requests or complains.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in real estate orHospitality
- Good english command
- Communication skills.
