Job Description
- Organize exhibitions and events, and taking care of all related logistics
- Supervise the production of setup needed for different events and exhibitions and liaising with production houses on all details related to setup production
- Supervise the production of all branding material
- Supervise and manage the installation and dismantling of exhibitions’ setup on time, and making sure the setup is in perfect condition and as per our requirements
- Responsible for the supervision of different brands activations and roadshows
- Supervise and manage different suppliers and production houses
- Prepare budgets for the events/exhibitions
- Travel outside Cairo to supervise any event/exhibition
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as Events Manager
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
- Flexibility to travel
- Working according to flexible and extended working hours
- Ability to technically evaluate and assess the material used in setup and branding material
