- Will be responsible for applying coats of paint and polishing,varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to decorate and protect interioror exterior surfaces, trimmings, and fixtures of buildings andother structures of the property
- At least High school diploma
- Knowledgeablein painting and polishing, both internal and externalarea
- Ability to communicate basic English
- Detail-oriented and posses pleasant personality with goodcommunication and interpersonal skills
