- Providing strategic advice to the maritime transportdepartment on shipping, transportation, and global logistics.
- Reviewing all maritime logistics plans andadvise on new plans and any requirements to develop aninternational maritime logistics strategy.
- Experience in change management, developing strategic goals, andimplementing effective plans at a senior levels.
- Experience within a commercial environment on the managementof ports and concession agreements with private terminal operators,the adoption of new technologies, private public partnerships , aswell international maritime regulations.
