- Develop and execute strategies and processes to improve performance and the value of projects and services provided
- Executes the seasonal development allocation process considering the provided sourcing strategy/seasonal allocation plan for the assigned LO’s
- Works closely with assigned Apparel LO’s to manage the production allocation and planning process to support timely delivery of customer orders
- Participate in organizational processes/initiatives, i.e., performance management, interviewing, budgeting, training, etc
- Works closely with Operational Planning/SCI team to help manage order prioritization when overloads occur
- Work with channel leaders and marketing teams to develop the Consumer Sales priorities that channels and support groups rally behind
- Cultivate, support, and promote an organizational culture that affords for high performance, high morale, integrity, and Teamwork
