Job Description
- Respond in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues and ability to meet /discuss with the tenants on some repeated/sensitive issues if needed.
- Arrange for site inspection /patrolling in the common areas to monitor and maintain standard of work and completion schedule.
- Flexibility to work to shift patterns as and when required. To be available 24/7 for any emergency call outs.
- Responsible for the ongoing villas preparation works in order to be handed over on time.
- To check the daily operations by monitoring the service requests and dispatch to the technicians.
- Responsible to the inventory of the stock materials in order to keep a minimum quantity needed for emergency.
- Arrangement of the technicians’ overtime /schedule base on site needs.
- To monitor the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) completion on all relevant equipment daily, weekly, monthly etc.
- To supervise the ongoing and completions works of all the contractors onsite.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
- Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.
- Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
- Perform a variety of maintenance activities as needed.
- Develop and maintain a planning and scheduling routine and preventive maintenance of equipment, prioritizing and estimating work and technical assistance when developing job plans.
- Manage, motivate, develop and provide direct leadership to the team.
- Regularly check and inspect the material and tools inventory and place order when needed.
