Job Description
- Interface with senior CAFM and operational management within the respective contracts and externally in a professional, effective manner;
- Develop process in CAFM for the maintenance of files and records, data updating, preparation of various correspondences and business reports;
- Prepare materials for presentations including proofreading & formatting documents, charts, tables, graphs, plans, etc. for various reporting and KPIs.
- Write correspondence and internal letters are distributed to the concern department/people;
- Create and maintain an efficient financial filing system as per Serco’s Management System;
- Work in a fast active environment meeting deadlines required by the contract management team.
- To provide timely and effective administrative support as in when required;
- Interface and develop suitable relationships with suppliers, partners and specialist subcontractors;
