Senior Commissioning Engineer

PURPOSE and ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure safe, timely and on-budget completion of F-DBN Project.
Ensure that all work is carried out in a professional manner and in compliance with client values, policies, specifications and procedures. Ensure Technical Reference Person role for the Commissioning activities for F-DBN Project.
Ensure cost saving in budgeting and that projects are executed within the estimated time frame and cost.
JOB DIMENSIONS
Managed positions: 0.
Technically manage and coordinate the Commissioning activities related to F-DBN.
Lead and monitor Commissioning studies and activities from Detailed Engineering to Achievement of Commissioning.
Liaises with client E&C disciplines, Technical Authorities, Field Operations & Procurement department and externally with engineering contractor and equipment suppliers.
Lead and coordinate commissioning team for onshore preparations and offshore execution of commissioning activities in liaison with F-DBN Construction team and IOP.
Plan and supervise the preparation of pre-commissioning and commissioning documentation for F-DBN Project.
Prepare and follow up on commissioning progress reports. ACTIVITIES
Assure and promote the application of client HSE and Safety Engineering rules and specifications.
Ensure that the F-DBN EPCIC CONTRACTOR comply at all times with safety rules and proactively taking actions as required to ensure compliance.
Promote safety culture amongst F-DBN PMT personnel and Contractors and proactively report observations.
Ensure / monitor the safety of personnel and installations as well as protection of the environment in all Commissioning department activities.
