Job Description

- • Lead, Coach and continuously follow Contract product, value proposition and strategy;
- • Produce Contractual documentation for CFT/RFQ/Projects/BU purpose;
- Support Project/BU in all activities regarding the preparation and management of contracting process;
- Support pre-qualification and CFT process;
- In charge of contractual communication to Ensure CONTRACT and claim management;
- Assist / prepare / issue Scope of work for Subcontracting activity and suppliers;
- Observe and shall impose strict confidentiality with regard to contractual and commercial documentation;
- Coordinate with Procurement regarding goods / Equipment / LLI;
- Coordinate technical review and bid evaluation;
- Develop and performance manage an efficient contract follow-up;
- Provide leadership, direction, supervision and continuous development in contractual matters;
- Ensure that all operations are conducted within Contractual terms;
