Job Description

• Receives a file and documents to present the project from the pricing manager and tenders to start the pricing process in his field of specialization (mechanics - electricity - civil - architecture).
• Determines the required human resources and equipment for the implementation of the project in the field of specialization in order to achieve the highest quality rates in the preparation of a pricing file for the project
• Determines the initial schedule of the project in its field in order to ensure that according to the offer provided by the client prepares a map of the cash flows of the project in the field of specialization and propose different solutions to the problems that may face the project and submit it to the director of pricing and tenders.
• Received from the pricing manager as a result of the financial project evaluation in terms of the cost of financing and the risk study model and the percentage of risk in order to take into account during the pricing process.
• Review a statement of the list of suppliers accredited in the supply of supplies in the field of specialization in order to take into account them during the preparation of the project pricing file.
• Needs Management is required to list and indicate the subcontractors and request installation offers from them for review in order to consider them during the preparation of the pricing file.
• Determines the direct and indirect cost of the items of the project in the field of specialization after preparing a file
