1. Develop and execute the Start-up/Shutdown plan and align with other Asset stakeholders if required.
2. Analyse the tasks to be completed prior to Start-up/Shutdown and establish key interfaces necessary to achieve a smooth transition from commissioning to Start-up and operational readiness.
3. Leads the start-up organization through start-up phase until stable operation and makes dayto-day decisions to ensure project compliance to relevant standards and procedures.
4. Assist with management of manpower requirements according to Start-up/Shutdown activities and ensure technical competency of operations staff.
