As a Club Lounge Receptionist, you will provide personal service and special assistance on the needs, wants and inquiries of all guests staying at Club InterContinental Lounge.
What we need from you
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
• At least a minimum of one year experience in a similar role in a 5 star luxury hotel and/or resort
• Very good English communication skills
• Pleasant personality
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is essential
• Food and beverage experience is ideal
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
