- The School is seeking to appoint an Assistant Vice Principal (AVP).
- The post is a senior leadership position with a portfolio of whole school responsibilities which will be tailored to the attributes and experience of the successful candidate and to the needs of the school.
- As a member of the school SLT, the post holder will be expected to contribute to the safe and efficient organisation of the school on a day-to-day basis as well as leading and managing staff and promoting the culture, ethos and expectations of the school.
- The post holder will have responsibility of whole school development and will enjoy a large degree of autonomy to drive improvement and innovation in this relatively new school.

- Applicants should be committed and outstanding role models to staff, students and parents.
- You should be an outstanding teaching practitioner, who is able to lead by example, possessing excellent IT, organisational and communication skills.
- Our Teachers are responsible for delivering high quality learning in an organised, happy and safe environment.
- They work together with other teaching colleagues in medium and short-term planning, target setting and monitoring to ensure challenge and the very best possible progress for every pupil.
- They participate in the broader life of the school, enriching the learning experience for students.
- As an English school specialising in the English National Curriculum to a diverse international student population, strong English language is an essential requirement and applications from native-level speakers of English will be preferred.
