• Plans, prepares and delivers Languages lessons to suit the individual educational needs of all students & facilitate purposeful active learning and teaching
• Carries out student assessments/evaluations in line with departmental and school policy
• Records and analyse students progress, advising students how to improve by setting achievable targets
• Improves all students in learning and ensure all students make progress
• Prepare required reports on students and activities as requested by Head of Department
• Develops Curriculum Maps and Lesson Plans to reflect curriculum policy
• Is able to teach a specific curriculum area across the School, in line with the IEYC , IPC , and IMYC at times leading specifically in certain areas.
• Can work collaboratively with class teachers ensuring the curriculum is well matched to the needs of each learner
• Is able to create learning opportunities which maximise the facilities and resources we offer
