• Daily review of the work schedule with his supervisor.
• To ensure that correct tools and personal protective equipment are used on-site at all times.
• To make sure employees have the right tools and equipment needed for the job in order to ensure quality output.
• To ensure that his team is working safely, in line with ALEC FITOUT company policy and procedures, making certain that signs and regulations on site are adhered to.
• To ensure that all works are completed using the appropriate safety equipment.
• To ensure the most suitable materials are used for each construction activities.
• To calculate the quantities of materials required, by accurately measuring the activity, and ensuring these materials are orders timeously.
• To be responsible for and manage all hazardous materials on-site, ensuring they are labelled, stored, managed and used appropriately.
