CRM DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

1. Develop and deliver systems on Microsoft CRM Server and other platforms and technologies in the bank successfully.

2. Understand the development, deployment integration /environment and constraints and synergies.

3. Identify and consider specific requirements of end-users, operational staff and support staff before development/ deployment / integration

4. Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information.

5. Provide timely and accurate information to reporting manager

6. Take required action to resolve issues that arise during the testing phase

7. Prepare test cases, test scenarios and test plan for the ongoing projects.

8. Conduct functional tests and report test results for as many rounds as required.

9. Provide user support during UAT.

10. Troubleshoot issues encountered during SIT or UAT.

11. Support UAT and production go live.

12. Write BRDs, user documentation, CRs, technical and/or functional documents, as and when required.
