Job Description

1. Process the payment of employees compensation and
benefits including promotion, transfers, contract changes, secondment, etc.
to ensure efficient, accurate salary and benefits administration.

2. In consultation with the C&B Specialist, prepare
salary offer advice, check if candidates meet minimum job requirements, job
titles are aligned, correct salary grades are stated, salary reviews and if salary
offers are positioned correctly to ensure that the offer is attractive, cost
effective and internal equity is maintained.

3. Provide support to the C&B
Specialist in the conduct of market research of compensation, benefits and
allowances, including assessing trends in reward methodologies. Assist in the
building of compensation data for surveys to ensure accurate and correct
compensation data.
