Job Summary
Under the general guidance of the SAP PMO Manager, and within the limits of established company policies and procedures, providing functional and technical support to HRIS, Payroll and entire company from HR system front. This position also leads in the development and implementation of HR processes enhancements related to SuccessFactors to ensure robust and efficient system automation that leads in achieving strategic business goals and operational objectives.

• Leads design and implement HR Systems that facilitate HR business transactions to entire organization and continuous support to employees in the entire group.
• Assists HRIS and Payroll for enhancing existing HR processes and built new functionalities.
• Coordination with IT and vendor companies to improve HR system processes and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Enhanced HR and payroll processes and recommends implementation of appropriate initiatives and best practices.
• Identifies/incorporates best practices and lessons learned through programming.
• Provides a broad range of HRMS support to all levels of employees regarding HR process and procedures.
• Facilitates communication among employees and management for all new HR processes and enhancements.
• Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
• Assists with ERP system support and implementation for labor employee relations front HR and payroll fronts.
• Support Finance team with payroll and costs interspacing and reporting.
• Requirement gathering session with vendor for Mobile application development of HR process. UAT and feedback session on various issues through the development phase and successful launch of mobile app My Alazen HR.
• Trained team on SAP HCM core HR module and implementation methodology. Presents course materials.
• Build recruitment system with Core HR to automate the recruitment processes and reporting.
• Involve in all phases of implementation of solution, Testing, Documentation, Training and Post-Live support.
• Analyzing and resolving the critical issues on top priority which impact Production in terms of Payroll and payments.
