Job Description
Our client is a leading AgroAllied Company located in Agbara Ogun State.
The Company is seeking to hire a resourceful Production Manager who will be responsible for the planning and coordination of the entire production process in the plant.
She/He will lead and direct the production team to meet the business goals while ensuring production is of high quality on time and on budget in a safe work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement process optimization and cost reduction while maintaining product quality.
Ensure strict adherence to health safety and environmental regulations within the plant.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output efficiency waste reduction and machine performance.
Maintain accurate documentation including production reports compliance records and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering. Master s degree will be an added advantage.
5 years experience as a Production Manager in the Food Manufacturing Industry.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations HACCP and GMP.
Handson experience in technical troubleshooting process engineering and automation.
Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience in supervising production team.
Strong problemsolving abilities with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
Proficiency in production planning software and lean manufacturing methodologies.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
Benefits
Compensation: Base Pay ranges BTW N350k monthly net (Slightly negotiable) other benefits
