Job Description
Job Purpose:
- As a Cognitive data scientist you will merge insights from human cognition with advanced data analytics through datadriven methodologies thereby enhancing AI systems & capabilities to learn reason and provide better insightful inputs to the stakeholders & its clients.
Job Summary:
- Our client is looking for an experienced AI specialist to design develop and deploy artificial intelligence and cognitive science solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in machine learning deep learning natural language processing and computer vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on human cognition answering various client/stakeholder queries including designing experiments collecting and analyzing data and interpreting results.
- Leverage existing data with knowledge of cognitive science and provide newfound analysis and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Design and develop AI/CS models algorithms and systems & integrate AI/CS solutions with existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (data science engineering product) to integrate cognitive science with other fields such as AI neuroscience and psychology.
- Develop and maintain AI related documentation
- Optimize model performance scalability and reliability
- Stay uptodate with the latest developments in cognitive science AI and related fields.
- Communicate research findings through publications presentations and reports.
- Contribute to the development of research proposals and grants.
Requirement
a) Functional/Workbased knowledge:
- Strong understanding of cognitive science theories models and methods
- Experience with experimental design data collection statistical analysis and visualization tools.
- Worked on projects using machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques.
- Familiarity on working with cognitive architectures or simulation platforms.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python MATLAB or R.
- Good publication record in cognitive science journals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to function as an Individual Contributor or a Team Lead as per the situation
b) Experience:
- 10 to 15 Years of experience.
- Exposure to media measurement would be desirable
- Must be highly conversant with connected data ecosystems and graph theory based solutions
- Should have an exposure in big data management and deep learning based algorithmic interventions
c) Qualifications:
- Masters / PhD in Cognitive Science / Psychology / Neuroscience or a related field
