Job Description
As a Lead Generation Specialist you ll be at the forefront of connecting with exciting prospects in the music industry from emerging artists to established record labels. This role combines creative outreach with strategic thinking requiring you to craft personalized messages that resonate with industry professionals. You ll leverage various digital platforms and specialized music industry databases to identify and engage potential clients setting up highvalue conversations for the senior sales team. This position offers the perfect blend of autonomous work and collaborative success with the opportunity to directly impact the growth of both established and emerging music industry talents.
Responsibilities
- Craft compelling personalized outreach messages demonstrating genuine interest in prospects music and achievements
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of 50100 qualified leads weekly through multiple communication channels
- Conduct thorough research using professional music industry databases to identify ideal prospects
- Create customized engagement strategies for different segments (artists labels managers)
- Schedule and coordinate highvalue sales conversations between qualified prospects and the executive team
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and campaign performance in Excel
- Generate fresh leads independently based on successful target profiles
- Develop and refine outreach templates while maintaining a personal touch
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in lead generation sales development or similar role
- Exceptional written communication skills with perfect English proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional communication across multiple channels
- Available to work Eastern Standard Time business hours
- Strong attention to detail and ability to personalize communication at scale
- Proficiency with Excel and data management tools
- Researchoriented mindset with ability to find and leverage relevant information
- Professional phone presence for occasional voice communication
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team goals
- Strong interest in or knowledge of the music industry is a plus
