Profile Requirements:
Min of 2.5 years Proven experience in video production including research editing and storytelling.
Strong ability to design social media graphics using digital design tools. (Canva CapCut Adobe)
Experience managing social media platforms with a solid understanding of best practices for engagement and advertising.
Core responsibilities:
Research and develop compelling video topics tailored to our target audience.
Collect and curate images and video footage to create highquality content.
Edit videos to align with our brand s voice ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
Oversee daily scheduling and posting across LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram using scheduling tools.
Create engaging graphics using branded templates and design guidelines.
Manage community interactions by responding to comments inviting followers and sharing content to groups and stories.
Execute and optimize paid ad campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager including audience targeting and budget management.
Actively engage with followers respond to queries and encourage interactions.
Share content across relevant groups and encourage deeper audience engagement.
