  • Role focuses on administrative tasks to support the foreclosure process.
  • Responsible for assisting in the day to day processing of foreclosures.
  • Reviews and gathers information relating to foreclosure documentation.
  • Reviews real property conveyance and encumbrance documents.
  • Searches and reviews bankruptcy matters per written procedure.
  • Establishes and maintains positive client/vendor relationships.
  • Communicates with owners vendors and clients regarding foreclosure matters answering questions and providing information.
  • Coordinates and processes all mailings.
  • Inputs and updates data in spreadsheets and other programs to track all foreclosures.
  • Orders and reviews title reports using multiple applications.
  • Performs other duties or projects as assigned.

Experience you will need:
  • 12 years of directly related real estate office experience; prefer foreclosure experience
  • Team player
  • Resourceful
  • Customer service skills
  • Communication skills: verbal & written
  • Proficient MS Office skill set; Excel skills
  • Working with confidential and proprietary information. Able to exercise discretion confidentiality and sound judgment
  • Ability to work under pressure manage challenging customer interactions and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands
  • Able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within time constraints paying particular attention to detail
