Job Description

Were looking for an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join Procores Sales team. In this role youll partner with our Account Managers and Solution Specialists to support the sales lifecycle for existing enterprise businesses. 

As an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative and expert resource to our Enterprise Account Managers youll run deals independently while staying in close communication with the Sales team.  Youll supplement your sales and networking abilities with technical knowledge of cloudbased software and Procore platform expertise. This position reports to the Manager Inside Sales Representatives and can be based in our Carpinteria CA Austin TX or Tampa FL offices. We are looking for folks who are interested in learning more about sales opportunities at Procore or in the future if/when a position becomes available.

What Youll Do:

  • Generate a healthy Run Rate business and mitigate churn within your strategic segment. Run Rate comprises product line crosssell upsell and contract expansion into current clients and initial Land & Expand deals with separate business units or subsidiaries of large prospects
  • Build relationships with construction management CSuite leaders and critical decisionmakers by visiting clients and prospects serving as their front end point of contact
  • Work with an extended account team to close expansion business by addressing prospects business challenges engaging with dedicated solution specialists to drive outcomefocused technical evaluations
  • Set up Enterprise Account Managers for success by building awareness and interest within the prospects organization gathering field sentiment and informing Customer Success of adoption risk in the process
  • Complete immersion and mastery of our customers business challenges  and the products that solve them.
  • Travel up to 25 to client sites industry events Procore offices and more!

What were looking for:

  • 1 years of demonstrated successful software sales preferably B2B
  • Experience using a consultative solutionbased sales methodology desired
  • Proven record of success in an inside sales based selling model
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers
  • Ability and resilience to work in a fastpaced sales environment
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems specifically Salesforce
  • Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting

Additional Information :

Base Pay Range $25 $35 hourly plus commission for an estimated ontarget earnings of $86940 $119543. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates jobrelated skills experience education or training and location.
