Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer you will play a versatile role for the development of our Customer Portal built in a Salesforce Experience Cloud. In this role you will be responsible for implementing new features maintaining existing functionalities and continuously improving our overall setup. Youll work closely with the Salesforce platform team to optimize the business process for our international stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate new functionalities into our customerfacing Experience Cloud to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Ensure the smooth operation of current features by performing regular updates troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance
• Identify areas for improvement within the existing setup and implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency and user experience
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product owner business analysts and other developers to deliver highquality solutions across the overall Salesforce platform that meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities to ensure clarity and facilitate future maintenance.

Qualifications :

Your profile:

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce backend development e.g. Apex classes Triggers integration to/from other external systems
• Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce frontend development both Lightning Aura and Lightning Web Components
• Good practical knowledge of Salesforce declarative customization and administration e.g. Process Builder Flows user management and reports 
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales and Experience Cloud
• Passionate curious independent problemsolving capability
• Strong communication skills in English German is welcome but optional
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are an advantage but not mandatory
• Experience in other tools as Gearset Gitlab and Jira is an advantage but not mandatory
