Job Description
Job Title: Developer
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualification:
- Proficient in developing and maintaining complex n-tier web applications using Microsoft Visual Studio C# and Web API.
- Skilled in building responsive and interactive web applications utilizing modern front-end technologies including HTML5 XML JSON AJAX JavaScript jQuery Bootstrap and CSS.
- Extensive experience with Oracle database development including data modeling PL/SQL programming stored procedures packages indexes triggers views and table creation.
- Strong background in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) with hands-on experience developing web services using WCF DLLs SOAP/RESTful APIs message queuing and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) integrations.
- Knowledgeable in source control and CI/CD practices using Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Git.
- Experienced in implementing user provisioning authentication and authorization using identity management tools such as OKTA LDAP RSA and Access Manager.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers business analysts and project managers to define technical requirements and project timelines.
- Familiar with developing and maintaining applications handling Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations within healthcare environments.
- Experience supporting Human Resource list management systems in alignment with civil service policies and procedures.
