Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food service operations including setting up and clearing tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen dishwashing area and dining spaces.
- Wash and store dishes utensils and kitchen equipment properly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with hotel policies.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and delivery as required.
- Monitor and replenish kitchen supplies and cleaning materials.
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to provide excellent guest service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Stewarding Supervisor or Executive Chef.

- Previous experience in a stewarding or kitchen support role is a plus.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in food handling.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Basic communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
