Location: Preston Park BN1
Salary: OTE: 35k
Position: Permanent Full Time
A fantastic opportunity for a determined enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join a successful Independent Estate Agency based in the Preston Park area of Brighton has arisen for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Estate Agency be driven selfmotivated and have a proven track record in negotiating deals and spotting sales opportunities. You will have a genuine passion for property and have a natural flare at building long standing relationships with clients.
Competitive salary high basic and car allowance!
Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Previous residential sales experience essential
- Articulate wellspoken and with excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally wellpresented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of Brighton and surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
