This is an exciting time to join Visas U.S. Client Marketing team as we focus on developing new relationships and deepening existing relationships with our merchant and cobrand clients. As part of the North America Marketing organization the team is transforming client engagement through a proactive resultsdriven approach.
The Manager U.S. Client Marketing Merchant/Cobrand will support client marketing and experiential programs optimizing the use of Visas marketing expertise platforms and initiatives to help solve our clients business challenges. The Marketing Manager will deliver marketing solutions provide thought leadership and execute programs to grow clients business and drive revenue.
You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies and partnership initiatives to grow Visas business with Visas merchant/cobrand clients through the activation of Visa marketing analyses platforms/initiatives and strategic use of sponsorship assets. This manager is responsible for building partnership relationships with the crossfunctional team including Sales Product Legal Analytics and agencies to deliver bestinclass marketing plans that drive business goals for both Visa and its clients.
This Manager must be able to thrive in a fastmoving highly matrixed environment a resultsoriented and adaptable individual with a positive attitude is desired. You should have a strong track record of working independently while collaborating with internal team members and external clients. Additionally you should have an innate interest in problemsolving and ability to think outside of the box to find solutions.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred qualifications
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
58 years business experience with majority in marketing or consulting roles that involved project management marketing or business strategy and/or event or media activation
You have prior experience in financial services payments or consulting
You have strong executive presence and comfort leading discussions with clients
You have strong project management skills
You have strong analytical skills and feel comfortable with data
Strong written and inperson communication skills
You are a team player with experience coordinating cross functional endtoend projects that included a high level of detail and ability to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
You are selfmotivated and proactive in asking questions / proposing solutions
You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel PowerPoint and Word
Willingness to travel
You have prior experience with merchant or cobrand marketing and/or payment industry and/or consulting experience preferred
You have experience with business development and creating effective presentations to pitch ideas to clients
You have prior experience managing/executing experiential events (e.g. strategy planning agency management implementation)
You have prior experience in designing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns (e.g. paid social paid search email direct mail etc. across the marketing lifecycle (acquisition usage retention loyalty)
Additional Information :
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510 of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132300 to 172000 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) FSA/HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Wellness Program.
