Job Description

The Role:
We are on the lookout for a freelance IT recruiter with experience in talent acquisition for IT profiles to join our dynamic team!

    Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing: Identify and recruit IT professionals for various technical roles. Manage the full recruitment cycle.

  2. Interviews: Conduct interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit.

  3. Candidate Management: Share CVs and reports in the required formats and ensure proper candidate handling throughout the selection process. Coordinate technical and client interviews.

  4. Candidate Experience: Ensure an excellent experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  5. Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

    Requirements:

    • 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
    • Advanced English proficiency.
    • Experience with recruitment tools and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
    • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
