Job Description

Determine the subregion/country roadmap of the PRO ecosystem in collaboration with the regional gotomarketlead

Drive user reach of the PRO ecosystem Promote REM Recruit Engage and Monetize) elements and adoption of its digital offerings

Support rollouts of PRO ecosystem digital offerings PRO services in respective locations incl. adaption where required 

Engage with global team for strategy support and portfolio task

Collaborate with internal and external partners for operation excellence and handle tasks including marketing compliance/legal check agency management UAT backoffice operation and new pilots

Identify and collect user feedbacks/market insights for product UI/UX and process optimization


Qualifications :

University degree in information science software engineering business administration marketing or comparable qualification

4 years of experience in marketing managing digital offerings sw development and UX excellence

Profound knowledge in user marketing digital marketing campaign operation portfolio mgmt. rollouts of digital solutions Strategy definition/implementation

Excellent English language skills & market insight

Fluent in Turkish (native speaker is preferred)

Base in Shanghai willing to take business trips to Trkiye

Strong crosscultural business communication skills
