The Director Sales & Retail Media Monetization plays a key role in creating a new multibillion advertising opportunity in airport and retail media. The position holder owns the revenue growth drives global advertising partnerships and builds a scalable sales operation that monetizes Avoltas unique media assets. This role requires deep knowledge of ad platforms DOOH and programmatic and the ability to close highvalue deals with global brands & agencies.
Own & scale ad sales across DOOH Programmatic Retail Media and MultiChannel Advertising
Develop highvalue brand partnerships with endemic (beauty liquor fashion) & nonendemic (finance travel tech) advertisers
Lead highperforming sales teams and drive across regional retail media & agency partners
Optimize revenue models by integrating direct IO selfservice DSPs and programmatic monetization
Cosell with Category Management to secure longterm advertising budgets from suppliers
10 years in Advertising Sales Retail Media AdTech or Programmatic
Proven track record of closing 10M media deals
Deep knowledge of Retail Media Ad Exchanges and Brand Sales
Ability to build & scale highperforming ad sales teams globally
Fluent in English speech and writing; additional language is an asset
