Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Write captivating blogs for our company and the personal page of our esteemed executive.
- Create and update website content ensuring it is compelling and aligned with our brand.
- Support the marketing and operations teams with marketing-related tasks and content write-ups.
- Develop and maintain engaging partnerships and job proposals to expand our reach and influence.
- Manage our companys social media accounts driving engagement and building a strong online presence.
- Craft scripts for podcasts and vlogs delivering valuable and entertaining content to our audience.
- Formulate innovative strategies to increase clients traffic on our website driving growth and visibility.
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies tailored for YouTube Facebook TikTok and other platforms to drive engagement brand awareness and audience growth.
- Lead the ideation and planning of creative platform-optimized content in collaboration with cross-functional teams ensuring consistency with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics and social trends to refine content strategies optimize posting schedules and inform future campaigns across all social media channels.
Requirements
- Digital Marketing experience is a huge plus!
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Content or Copywriter showcasing your ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- B2 level of English proficiency both written and verbal to communicate effectively and connect with our diverse audience.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work while meeting deadlines.
- Strong adaptability and fast learning skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns Create visually appealing graphics and content using Canva Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters via Mailchimp Schedule, monitor, and engage with audiences across social media platforms using Sprout Social Support content creation for blogs, social media, and marketing materials Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports Maintain and update the company s digital assets and content calendar Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role Proficiency with Canva for designing marketing materials Hands-on experience using Mailchimp for email campaigns Familiarity with Sprout Social for social media management Strong creative and visual storytelling skills Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
Education
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field. Additional coursework or certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Content Strategy is considered a strong advantage. Proven academic background that demonstrates strong writing, research, and communication skills in English.
