Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Process Excel sheets containing content links and website references for social media posts
Download and organize photos and content materials for use on social media
Format content using Canva templates following established brand guidelines
Schedule posts across platforms using the Later scheduling tool
Respond to comments and messages to engage with the online community
Create basic video content and Reels based on provided guidelines
Generate performance reports and conduct competitor analysis
Suggest new content ideas and engagement strategies proactively
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and manage the content calendar
Requirements
Experience using Canva for graphic design and content formatting
Familiarity with Later or similar social media scheduling tools
Basic video editing skills for Reels and short-form content
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand formatting
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable using Excel for organizing data
Understanding of social media best practices and audience engagement
