Job Description

Tasks
- Advising and supporting customers by phone email and chat
- Order processing in the ecommerce system
- Processing returns
- Processing complaints
- System and data maintenance
- Support sales
Requirements
- Fluent in one Scandinavian language (Swedish Danish or Norwegian) (C2 and English (C1.
- Minimum 1 year of customer support and sales experience.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing highvalue customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
