Are you passionate about consultative sales in the healthcare and diagnostics space Do you have experience working with genetics gynecology reproductive medicine or preventive health solutions If youre driven by purpose and innovation GenePlanet is looking for you.

Join our LATAM Commercial Team as a Sales Executive in Buenos Aires Argentina and help us improve lives through personalized preventive health solutions and advanced genetic testing.

This is a fieldbased role with approximately 5070 of your time spent visiting clients or attending industry events. You should be based in or near Buenos Aires.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Country Manager Argentina you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and the expansion of existing partnerships particularly within the fields of gynecology fertility clinics assisted reproduction private healthcare providers laboratories and wellness segments.

Tasks

What Youll Do

  • Identify approach and convert new business opportunities in your assigned territory.
  • Drive consultative sales processes educating stakeholders on the clinical and preventive value of our genetic testing portfolio including carrier screening wellness panels and reproductive health testing.
  • Manage and grow key accounts nurturing longterm relationships with clinics and healthcare professionals.
  • Represent GenePlanet at relevant industry events medical congresses and business meetings.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Minimum 35 years of sales experience in healthcare diagnostics medical devices or genomics.
  • Strong background or network in gynecology fertility assisted reproduction or genetic testing.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and close complex sales deals.
  • Knowledge of the Argentine healthcare system especially in the private sector and womens health.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish; intermediate to advanced English is a plus especially for internal communication.
