Job Description
Specifics:
- Work Schedule: Full time
- Assess and manage pain and nonpain related syndromes including psychosocial distress
- Develop individualized care plans for patients including the integration of emotional and spiritual needs
- Assist with complex decisionmaking regarding therapies and treatment options that align with goals of care.
- Develop patient/family support systems and resources

Qualifications :
- Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program required.
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner required.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
- Current BLS certification or obtained prior to providing direct patient care is required.
- Experience preferred not required.
- DEA and CDS eligible.
- Demonstrates meeting minimum CME requirements for licensure and board certification.
- Demonstrates appropriate qualifications and experience to perform the duties required of this position.
