Job Description
- Float to all critical care units including ICU ER ER hold MTC Step-Down and PACU holds as needed
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients across multiple units
- Limited patient assignments in the actual ER
- Utilize BLS and ACLS skills in high-acuity environments
- Document patient care using EPIC EMR
- Deliver care in a facility of similar size (minimum 2 years experience required)
- Adapt quickly to different teams units and patient populations
- Minimal requested time off (RTO) permitted
- Complete all demographic information and provide a badge-appropriate photo for identification purposes
