A platform uniquely designed for real estate and infrastructure sectors Accacia.ai allows companies to track emissions at the asset and portfolio levels with full consideration to organizational boundaries as defined by GHG Protocol. This allows accurate allocation of emissions for different stakeholders including asset owners operators and tenants. Along with assetlevel emissions our platform also helps asset managers track environmentrelated climate risks for their portfolios.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and resultsdriven Customer Success Manager Climate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients in the sustainability space focusing on climaterelated metrics and reporting standards. As a Customer Success Manager you will ensure our customers derive maximum value from our solutions particularly in the areas of Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) criteria climate change reporting and sustainability frameworks such as SASB ESG and GRESB.
You will serve as the bridge between our customers and our internal teams building strong relationships providing strategic guidance and ensuring the customers success with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the onboarding process for new customers ensuring smooth adoption of our product or service.
Provide product training and ongoing support to ensure customers can utilize the full value of the solution.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts ensuring consistent communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Serve as a trusted advisor on best practices for leveraging sustainability solutions to achieve climaterelated business objectives.
Develop and maintain expertise in key climate and ESG reporting standards (SASB GRESB TCFD etc..
Serve as the voice of the customer within the company providing feedback on product features and customer needs to influence product roadmap and development.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
34 years of experience in a Customer Success Account Management or similar role ideally within the sustainability or climatefocused industries.
Proven experience working with ESG SASB GRESB TCFD or other climaterelated frameworks and reporting standards.
Experience working with SaaS products or technology solutions is a plus.
Desirable Attributes:
A genuine passion for climate change sustainability and ESGrelated topics.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong team player with a proactive approach to collaboration.
Ability to understand and adapt to evolving customer needs within the sustainability space.
