Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detailoriented Accounts Receivable and Finance Officer with expertise in the Home Care Package (HCP) industry to manage client billing financial reconciliations and compliance. The role involves processing weekly HCP charges maintaining accurate financial records in Xero and CRM systems and ensuring timely resolution of account discrepancies. This position is critical for optimizing revenue cycles supporting HCP funding processes and maintaining fiscal accountability.
  • Weekly Charges for Home Care Package Clients from HCP funding;
  • Maintain client financial databases in both Xero and CRM;
  • Prepare termination refunds and unspent funds tracking;
  • Prepare Review and Generate invoices for ITF issue the aging debtor reports and take actions accordingly;
  • Client HCP funding reconciliation including mean tested fees
  • HCP claim reconciliation;
  • Manage and respond to accounts enquiries
  • Assist with monthend revenue reconciliations.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements/ Skills Needed:
  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration.
  • 2 years of experience in accounts receivable financial operations and a related role within the Home Care Package (HCP) industry is a requirement.
  • Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Handson experience with Xero accounting software and CRM platforms for financial record management.
  • Excellent communication skills to address client inquiries and collaborate with internal teams.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in deadlinedriven environments.

Setup and Location: WFH
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM AEST 06:00 AM 03:00 PM PH Time)
Employment Type: Fulltime

To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Bachelor s/College Degree specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting or other related fields. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, as well as extensive experience in accounting, particularly in Chartered Accounting/Public Practice/Professional Services Firm recruitment. Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, that is a must! Ability to follow the director's instruction and work on competing deadlines and priorities. Google Workspace, Job Adder & LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred. Reliable, honest, non-biased, responsible and highly organized person (never ghost any candidates or clients, when there is a query, there must be a response) Comes with a hunter's mindset - does not rely solely on ads for a healthy candidate pipeline Strong business acumen - should have the propensity to elevate the value of the role for the company as a whole and for the individual Highly driven, results-oriented, and values harmony within a team. Knowledge in sourcing candidates in LinkedIn Recruiter is a must. Excellent ability to sell the role to the candidates and present the candidates to the clients. Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision. Must have a very strong sense of ownership, and can fluently work with a team. Excellent time management skills and sense of urgency.
