Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday Wednesday and Saturday. 10am to 2pm Central
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads who have previously requested information
- Schedule appointments for complimentary fitness sessions
- Follow up with leads within 24hour response window
- Use provided scripts and documentation for consistent messaging
- Handle basic questions about the fitness studio services
- Track and document call outcomes
- Maintain professional communication standards
- Execute multiple followup attempts for each lead
Requirements
- Clear English communication skills with neutral accent
- Previous experience in appointment setting or telemarketing
- Comfort with highvolume calling
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Professional phone manner and positive attitude
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Availability during specified business hours 10 AM 2 PM)
- Computer proficiency
- Experience with sales processes and lead conversion
- Use of provided calling and tracking software
- Regular reporting on call outcomes and appointments set
