- Manage the daytoday operations of your department ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are achieved.

- Be both a role model for the centres team and to make the centre a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike. Motivate and inspire others to raise the bar
- Be results driven with a demonstrable track record in exceeding targets
- Have a proactive approach to growing the Everyone Active membership base
