Boston Engineering is looking for an IT Support Engineer to assist with managing our internal help desk in a Windows/macOS environment. In this role youll be responsible for supporting endusers by troubleshooting researching and resolving a variety of technical issues. Youll handle support requests via phone email chat and direct inquiries ensuring that each issue is documented tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
Successful candidates will have a strong background in computer systems and will help manage the Windows/macOS infrastructure of Boston Engineering.
