The Sales Director will play a key role in driving the revenue growth and will be responsible for managing sales activities developing and implementing sales strategies leading and coaching sales teams and identifying new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies in all channels towards achieving the sales goals
- Market analysis and monitoring trends and innovations in order to adapt the product offer to changing customer needs and market standards
- Managing a sales team and motivating the team to achieve set goals
- Maintaining and developing relationships with key clients
- Close cooperation with the marketing R&D and production departments
- Preparing sales budgets and reports on sales results analyzing deviations and taking corrective actions
- Negotiating commercial contracts and supervising sales and distribution processes
This is a fulltime role with the expectation of business trips 40 of working time).
Qualifications :
The person we are looking for must be based in Poland.
- Demonstrated experience and success in achieving sales targets and developing and implementing sales strategies on the pharmaceutical medical or related market
- Sales and sales operations management skills
- Ability to manage a diverse and distributed team throughout Poland
- Experience in working on the pharmacy market and in medical promotion (to medical specialists)
- Ability to create and manage a budget at the P&L level
- Trade experience: discounting defining commercial offers creating resale activities
- Sales planning: quantitative value and product split creating forecasts
