- Apply moderation policies consistently across all content types
- Handle user appeals professionally providing clear explanations for moderation actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Analyze user behavior to identify emerging risks and enhance proactive moderation strategies
- Recommend improvements to moderation tools and processes for greater efficiency
Requirements:
- Proficiency in French (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in customer support
- Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
