Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Agent youll represent our brand by assisting customers through digital channels. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing inquiries resolving account and orderrelated issues and maintaining accurate customer interaction records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional support via email and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns to ensure a seamless experience
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Identify and escalate recurring issues to enhance processes
- Offer expert advice to help customers make the most of our products
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements
- Continuously assess and refine support practices to maintain high service standards
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German (C1 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Bulgarian residency card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
