We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth communication within the company. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills a welcoming attitude and excellent telephone etiquette.
Front Desk & Switchboard Management
Answer and manage calls professionally using the Mytel Switchboard System.
Greet and direct visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing messages ensuring prompt delivery via phone or email.
Direct callers and visitors to the correct departments or personnel.
Administrative & Reception Duties
Maintain a clean organized and professional reception area.
Accept and distribute deliveries from couriers and suppliers.
Assist with basic administrative support as needed.
Report any maintenance issues in the reception area.
Customer Service & ProblemSolving
Identify and address receptionrelated requirements daily.
Provide accurate information to employees customers and visitors.
Maintain confidentiality and secure storage of sensitive information.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
Matric (Grade 12 Required
Relevant tertiary qualification Advantageous
Minimum 2 years experience in a receptionist or similar role
Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
Customer serviceoriented with a welcoming demeanor
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Attention to detail problemsolving skills and logical thinking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook etc.
Work Location: Inperson Pretoria Gauteng
