Job Description
Youre a perfect match for the role if:
- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in project management roles and are proficient in Jira
- You can identify risks and propose optimal solutions
- You have an interest in digital marketing
- Your English language proficiency is fluent both spoken and written
- You are proficient in the MS Office suite
- You have excellent communication skills and are proactive
- You are an organized person and have a positive attitude towards daily challenges
- You are independent and can quickly acquire new skills
Responsibilities:
- Managing projects related to marketing campaigns
- Planning tasks within the process according to the roadmap
- Monitoring and controlling all stages of the process
- Reporting progress to the Manager
- Managing campaign assets including updating asset files collaborating closely with the Creative department and overseeing Copywriting and translations.
- Collaborating with IT Category Management DA UX Legal and other teams.
- Gathering feedback from other teams and implementing changes in future projects
- Conducting postevaluations of conducted activities following established processes.
- Communicating and reporting to other key individuals within the organization.
- Organizing regular meetings related to marketing campaigns
- Assisting in coordinating other Marketing department topics.
- Independently managing selected Trade Marketing campaigns with the support of the Manager
